WEEK OF LIFE
ZIPO film participated in the launch of the European section of the unique documentary project Week of Life. Adolf Zika is the creator of the original idea, based on which this project was developed, One Year of My Life in 3285 Pictures. The project anyone can contribute to aims to document life on our planet and become the largest photo library of humanity. More about the project at www.weekoflife.com.

ONE YEAR OF MY LIFE IN 3285 PICTURES
The book One Year Of My Life in 3285 pictures by Adolf Zika in cooperation with Leica is a worldwide unique photography project, which illustrates one year of the ordinary as well as extraordinary life of the photographer and director Adolf Zika. Every day is chronologically expressed with nine photographs, each of which best describes the given moment, activity and time period. Each month includes the author‘s characteristic personal commentary. The book was published in 2009 by Mladá fronta.

PETR BRANT DESET LET V SUDU
ZIPO film produced the debut album of singer Petr Brant with the title Deset let v sudu. Adolf Zika personally is the co-author of music and texts. You can find more information at www.petrbrant.cz.



LE MANS PHENOMENON

CLARION CONGRESS HOTEL PRAGUE
ZIPO film participated on production and entire creative design of interiors for the new four stars Clarion Congress Hotel Prague. ZIPO film selected and mounted next to thousand photographs in the hotel rooms and social areas. ZIPO film also arranged the making and installation of unique large-screen roller curtains with black-and-white Prague motives for Braserie Veduta.

The management of Slovak Railways chose photographer Adolf Zika as the author and ZIPO film as the production company to create the entire creative concept of their calendar “Železnica môj život“(Railway - my life) for the year 2008. The photographs by Adolf Zika illustrate an imaginary story of a person whose life revolves around trains and railroads. The calendar was awarded the second place in the authors’ calendars category of the “Najkrajší kalendár Slovenska“ (The most beautiful Slovak Calendar) competition, held by “Klub fotopublicistov slovenského syndikátu novinárov“ (Photo Publicists’ Club of Slovak Journalists’ Syndicate) and “Štátna vedecká knižnica Banská Bystrica“ (National Academic Library of Banská Bystrica).

A somehow truthful full-length documentary film by Adolf Zika, JAN SAUDEK – TRAPPED BY HIS PASSIONS, NO HOPE FOR RESCUE, has its premiere on 19th December. A1GP SEASON 2006/2007 - WORLD CUP OF MOTORSPORT
A book of photographs documenting the emotions, thrills and triumphs of Formula A1 racing. You will find Formula A1s on the track, photos of hot hostesses, and shots of the paddock team members, which a regular fan never has a chance to see. In this book, photographer Adolf Zika managed to capture one year in the lives of many people who have a passion for racing, speed and howling motors of Formula A1. The book also includes results from all the races. The book was published in English and is distributed worldwide.

FIGHTERS OF LE MANS, 24 HOURS OF LE MANS 2007 is the title of a book and a DVD about the 24 hours of the world’s most famous auto race.
